How can somebody in North Carolina get the attention of the University of Michigan?

I’m a defensive and offensive lineman. I am going to the 10th grade and will play varsity but im not sure if i will start. In JV as a 9th grader i was all-state county and won the D-Lineman of the year for JV league. In 10th grade I may start and may not. But i will play alot. When do I start asking around or sending letters or highlight videos. I want more than anything to go to Michigan and i think i have the talent. I was a 1st place discus thrower as well and all-county shot putter. I wrestle for varsity too. Please help. I live in Stedman NC and it’s rural and unknown.
My GPA in 9th grade was 3.6
