University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill (Journalism)?

Do they have a good undergraduate journalism program? I would like to be a music journalist. Or a cultural/critic journalist. I would like to work for The New York Times or The Rolling Stone Magazine. This would be a second choice school. My first would be NYU, but NYU is expensive. And they offer terrible finanical aid. How much is UNC- Chapel Hill? Do they offer swimmimg scholarships? Also, how is there swim team? Thanks!

chapel hill is a great school for journalism ,and its a great area!
